DESCRIPTION

Curcumin since long time is part of ayurveda (the oldest self-contained medical system of principles of healthy lifestyle). It is produced from plant curcuma. From its root spice is produced as well and it is part of well-known compound - curry - and it colors food to intense yellow color. However, natural curcuma in higher dosages is very hardly absorbable, the percentage of absorption is different from person to person, but it could be as low as 3 % of the substance. Apart from characteristics described below one of main benefits of curcumin is its anti-inflammation effect.
