DESCRIPTION 

Instant drink containing Calcium and Magnesium in scientificaly researched ratio 2:1 - that means two portions of calcium (specifically 500 mg in one dose) and one portion of magnesium (250 mg). Because Calcium and Magnesium need acid environment in order to be utilized by organism there is also Vitamin C and citric acid in the product.

Weve improved this CalMag with Melathonin in addition. Melathonin is hormone[1] located in brain. It contributes to shortening of time need to fall asleep. It also can help to handle time diference (so called jetlag) after long journeys by plane.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. First shake well the container.
2. Put two teaspoons of powder into cup and pour up to half of cup with boiling water.
3. Stir till the liquid is not clear.
4. Add juice or fill up with boiling water and put in sachet of herbal tea.
